Go to download and print optionsDiscuss the agreed scope, accountable sponsor, decision rights and review responsibilities.
Discuss critical activities, disruption scenarios, time-sensitive impacts and existing controls.
Discuss dependency maps, specialist skills, supplier arrangements and realistic alternatives.
Discuss agreed recovery objectives, minimum operating needs, workarounds and restoration checks.
Discuss activation criteria, contact lists, communication channels and decision authority.
Discuss exercise records, participant roles, observed gaps and evidence that arrangements work.
Discuss action owners, deadlines, verification of improvements and the next management review.
Review the questions to identify topics that need attention or clarification.
Use any “Needs attention” or “Not sure” responses to identify topics for follow-up. Agree who will review each topic and what evidence is needed. Action notes remain visible if you change a response to “In place”, until you clear the worksheet. Use roles rather than personal details where practical; do not enter sensitive information.
